How can I make changes to my Roiskin order?
If your order has not been processed out yet,what we can do is cancel the current order so you can make a brand new order with which you prefer.However,if the order has been processed for shipping,we will be unable to cancel the order.Please contact our Customer Support Team to request a cancellation.

How do I know if my Roiskin order was placed successfully?
If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! You can also log into your account to view your order history and search for your most recent order.

Why I can't receive my order confirmation email?
If your registered email address is a Hotmail account, the order confirmation email may fall into your Spams / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, please email us and we will investigate further.

When can I expect to receive my order?
We offer First Class shipping via USPS on all products purchased throughour website. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days.There are occasions that the delivery may take a bit longer. Thus,if you would like to know the estimated delivery time and shipping fee, please select the destination location on the checkout page to get an idea of the approximate timeframe.

Will COVID-19 affect my Roiskin order?
In view of the recent situation of COVID-19, logistics transportation and global delivery services are now subject to temporary delays. Shipping time is likely to be lengthened as a special arrangement of some courier service companies and air traffic delays are to be expected. I’ve ordered a few items but I can’t find all of them. Where are the missing products?
Please be sure to open up all the boxes first. We normally packed 2 products in 1 box unless otherwise requested. If you have checked and the product is still not there, please contact us.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, orders placed on Roiskin can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

How to start a return/exchange?
Contact us through email with your order ID, product name and reason for return to roiskin33988@gmail.com.We will help you with the rest.
- Do I need to pay shipping for returns?
And issue the full refund for the returned items that are quality-related or direct results of operation error made on our end, which includes defective items, missing items, and wrong items. Otherwise, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost due to the return of non-product quality problems such as replacing the correct model/version, placing an order accidentally, providing the wrong delivery address, etc.
